Compensation for a W2 Salary employee of TeamSoft includes Overtime Pay! Compare that to the typical expectation of unlimited and unpaid overtime. A W2 Salary employee receives Paid Time Off and Sick Time. For security against any gaps in assignments, TeamSoft offers a Guaranteed Bench Time policy for select skillsets. Plus, we offer our employees generous Referral Bonuses

As a W2 Salary employee of TeamSoft, you will be eligible to receive Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Vision Insurance policies. In addition, we offer Supplemental Life Insurance, Critical Illness, and Accident Insurance. You will be eligible to participate in our 401(K) Plan right away, and after one year earn a 4% “dollar-for-dollar,” fully vested company match! If that isn’t enough, valuable TeamSoft employee benefits include our Employee Assistance Program, Book Allowance and TeamSoft Wellness Plan.

Compensation for a W2 Hourly with Benefits employee of TeamSoft includes Pay for Every Hour Billed. You are paid a premium relative to salary because you assume any risk of bench time. TeamSoft offers our employees generous Referral Bonuses.

As a W2 Hourly No Benefits employee of TeamSoft, you do not have access to TeamSoft Health, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits. You can, however, choose to purchase Life Insurance for yourself, spouse, and/or child(ren), Short-Term DisabilityLong-Term Disability InsuranceCritical Illness, and Accident Insurance. You will not be eligible to participate in our 401(K) Plan. You will have access to the TeamSoft Wellness Plan.
