In a commoditized staffing world full of ten minute recruiter interviews and shotgun submittals, TeamSoft’s Targeted Selection Process is more thorough than our competition. We like that. So do our clients.
In 2017, we sourced 65,848 new resumes. We narrowed those down and conducted 3,156 initial interviews. From there, we sent 1,267 resumes through our advanced technical screening process. We officially presented 1,941 quality resources to our clients. Just 6.8% of our original candidate pool. We don’t find just anybody; we work hard to find the right fit for our clients’ needs.
We are fortunate to serve some remarkable clients including one Fortune 500 company and two Fortune 1,000 companies. They provide communications, education, energy, governance, research, security, transportation, and more. Their business needs are unique but our commitment to serving them is consistent. We encourage you to ask any client of TeamSoft how we are doing.
We are looking to grow our business with the addition of select clients. Our ideal customer has significant need for talented and experienced IT resources. They have experienced quality shortcomings and desire a new vendor that works in their best interest.
If you are seeking an IT staffing vendor that can find and retain better IT resources, give us a call.
