Our Success

TeamSoft was founded in 1996 by four IT consultants, and since its inception, we have successfully placed over 2,500 consultants across the country. Our team wields over 75 years of combined consulting experience alone. TeamSoft is also a part of Peoplelink Group, which ranks #42 out of the top 100 largest staffing firms in the United States.

Health Insurance
TeamSoft has partnered with Cigna Insurance and offers three health care options for comprehensive health care.
Dental & Vision
TeamSoft offers dental and vision coverage, which provides coverage for both in and out of network providers.
Disability
We offer consultants paid short-term disability insurance.
401k Plan
TeamSoft offers a traditional 401K. Consultants can start contributing after having worked 1,000 hours. Our generous company match of 4% kicks in after 1 year of employment. All matching contributions are immediately vested.
Paid Time Off
As a TeamSoft consultant, you may elect our optional Paid Time Off Program that allows for up to 15 paid days per year.
Critical Illness & Accident Insurance
We offer two plans to help offset the financial expenses if you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness or have a non-work-related accident or injury.
Referral Bonus
TeamSoft has a candidate referral bonus program where up to $1,000 is paid per successful candidate referral (successful, meaning they are placed and work with our client for 90 days). You can also earn a $1,000 referral bonus for a successful client referral.
