Come for the Project, Stay for your Career
TeamSoft is a unique IT staffing firm founded by three software developers in 1996. The premise was simple. People working together with skills and motivation can do great things.
In September 2017, we partnered with Visiont, another IT Staffing company within Peoplelink Group. This partnership formed the IT Division of Peoplelink Group.
The IT Division represents the strong ethics that both TeamSoft and Visiont were built upon. Collaborating has allowed us to provide new opportunities to our candidates, consultants, and clients, and growth within our own individual markets and across the Midwest.
As always, thank you for your continued trust and confidence.
The TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee
TeamSoft's culture of giving back to the community is a reflection of our consultants. We support our consultants' participation in charitable endeavors and are proud to help numerous causes and non-profit organizations. Along with TeamSoft sponsorship, the TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee (TCGC) is 100% operated by our employees and has raised over $125,000!
Carrie-Ann, Project Manager/Coordinator
I have had two opportunities to have TeamSoft as my employer since 2014. Everyone I have encountered has been awesome and I love how they treat me as a professional and personally. I don't hesitate to recommend them to other consultants and send referrals their way. I have worked with other agencies in the Madison area but TeamSoft is my favorite by far. They have supported me in every career move since coming to Wisconsin and encouraged me to stretch myself and learn new skills. I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for their support!
Dean, Business Analyst, Data Governance Specialist
I‘ve been a consultant through TeamSoft for several years and have found the experience to be beyond my expectations. TeamSoft has demonstrated, over and over again, in their relationship with me, a high degree of organization maturity and devotion to superlative relationship building and client engagement. Many times the staff have gone the extra mile for me in more ways than I can list here. They have promoted my skills to various clients, which resulted in several contracts. They also give back to the community by having a Charitable Giving Committee and supporting the United Way Campaign. I have and would highly recommend the company to all my colleagues.
Jessica, Project Analyst
I came in contact with TeamSoft Des Moines this past fall and really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me make a career change. I was looking for something that could really fulfill my work-life balance. TeamSoft Des Moines helped me see more clearly my skills and how I could use them in an office setting. At the beginning of the year I started at Principal Financial Group as a Project Analyst for one of their IT departments. I am excited to see how my past managerial skills can be put to work while I help manage their projects! Principal has been a great place for me to hit the ground running and really make a name for myself in the corporate world!
Pradeep, Senior Project Manager
My experience of working with TeamSoft as a Project Management Consultant for the past 1.5 years has been truly remarkable. TeamSoft has given me a unique opportunity to apply my skills and experience for the client which has helped me to excel in my professional career. This company has a great culture which has created a strong bond amongst all TeamSoft employees. Everyone that I have interacted with has been passionate about their work and has incredible professionalism. The TeamSoft team has been very responsive in dealing effectively with any issues that arise for its employees. This company genuinely cares for its employee’s well-being by building a healthy and special relationship with each employee. It has been a pleasure working with TeamSoft, and I would highly recommend working for this outstanding company.
Rajeev, SQL Server DBA/Architect
TeamSoft stayed top among all the consulting firms I worked for until now. It is the only company that exceeded my expectations in every aspect. TeamSoft introduced me to one of its clients where I have a friendly and flexible work environment. I never had any problem with TeamSoft with its staff in communication or providing documentation, they always act fast. Being with TeamSoft, I feel confident and comfortable in my current and future assignments by looking at their client relations which are quite impressive. I got an opportunity to advance professionally, experience great culture, meet people with ethical values, and work for a company that cares about employees and earns their trust. I wish I had joined TeamSoft much earlier.
Rhonda, Business Analyst
I worked full time in IT for 35 years before contracting. The thought of moving to a different company as a full-time employee really scared me, let alone moving to a different company as a “contractor”, but I knew I needed a career change in order to experience new challenges and growth.
I visited with several contracting firms; TeamSoft Des Moines stood above them all! I worked with Holly Hartman who was instrumental in answering all of my questions (and believe me there have been a lot) and assured me throughout the entire process that I could make this change successfully. She put my fears at ease and assured me everything was going to be okay.
I’m proud to be working with a firm that prides itself on being the best at what they do. They have a “small company feel” where people matter and have shown me much appreciation; as both an employee and human being. I’m thrilled to be a part of the TeamSoft Des Moines family.
Richard, Project Manager
I've worked with TeamSoft over the past several years for a variety of engagements and have been consistently impressed at how much they genuinely support and care about their consultants and the efforts taken to ensure they nurture the great culture they've been able to create. Equally important, they have an impeccable reputation with clients which is a huge advantage - they know Teamsoft only works with the best.
Sai, Hyperion Essbase Developer
Certain things I really like at TeamSoft is how professionally they manage things. As an immigrant, I require certain documents for Visa purposes and all I needed to do was send an email and I got them in no time. How they process timesheets and pay stubs is also great. My account manager is a call or email away and is always happy to help. I also had a chance to attend the 20th anniversary party and a few other TeamSoft parties and events. I meet some really talented people and I also did my part with their help in the United Way. I also have a great time at the client location, which is a learning opportunity and a chance for me to add some good skills to my skillset.
