Compensation for a W2 Hourly with Benefits employee of TeamSoft includes Pay for Every Hour Billed. You are paid a premium relative to salary because you assume any risk of bench time. TeamSoft offers our employees generous Referral Bonuses.

As a W2 Hourly No Benefits employee of TeamSoft, you do not have access to TeamSoft Health, Dental and Vision Insurance benefits. Also, you will not be eligible to participate in our 401(K) Plan.
